Pretty good for CA. The bagels are good but definitely not NYC level. I got bagels at 11am, they were reasonably crispy (without toasting) and had a nice chew. Recently came back from NYC and those bagels are very crispy on the outside, never toast a bagel btw. The Norwegian lox was $12 but didn't have alot of lox. NYC places like Tompkins Sq and Russ & daughters can be quite a bit more expensive for lox but they put in a lot of lox. Overall good for CA but in NYC this is a 2.5.star place.

Really good fairly quick service. Of course there’s a morning rush. My favorite part is how fresh all the vegetables were. Also, of course all the bagels are made fresh that day

They offer some of the best bagels and freshly made apple pastries. In particular, their turkey avocado bagel stands out as the best bagel I’ve tried there.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the quality of the food I have received during my recent visits. As a loyal customer who has frequented your establishment during my lunch breaks for several years, I have always appreciated your service; however, my recent experiences have been deeply unsatisfying. ​On multiple occasions lately, the sandwiches I purchased consisted almost entirely of lettuce, with a noticeable lack of the primary ingredients. Given the consistent price receiving a product that does not meet basic expectations is particularly disappointing for a long-term consumer. ​I value your business and would like to continue supporting it, but I felt it necessary to bring this lack of consistency to your attention. I hope to see the quality restored to the standard I have come to expect over the years.

Excellent bagel 🥯 place, humble staff and great service. We just moved to south San Jose and this place popped up in our search first up so decided to give it a go. Tried their cream cheese filled croissant, pesto cheese and everything bagel with egg n cheese. Loved the cream cheese 🥐 , a little on the sweeter side and the flakiness of the croissant made it an amazing combo, a must try item here. Their bagels are really good, we loved both pesto cheese and everything bagel, soft and fresh. Their prices are very reasonable considering the Bay Area, this will be our bagel place to go from now on.
